The largest bank in Colombia, an organization with nearly 8,000 clients, where mail is one of the main points of contact, with a monthly average of sent messages to 100,000,000 people, it was necessary to efficiently implement an email marketing strategy, starting from the graphic conception of the pieces until the email is sent.

For this, Qtrack was created, an interface that optimizes the process of configuration and sending process connected through an API that allows us to send the final mail.

We achieved a reduction of errors of 94.5% from 6 a month to 1 every 3 months and an increase in the number of deliverables, in addition to having the traceability and history of the campaigns carried out.
